The Knowledge Base of Futures Studies 2020
An invitation from Richard Slaughter and Andy Hines
Richard Slaughter and Andy Hines, two founding members of APF have started a project aimed at updating the Knowledge Base of Futures Studies(KFBS). KFBS was recognized as one of the APF’s most important futures works awards in 2005. Since then the KBFS has been used globally by many people, not least within futures-related education and professional development contexts.
This is an invitation to APF members to get in touch with Richard and Andy to become a content scout. If you are willing to contribute to this project, consider following suggestions and inform the project leaders of your desired content by writing to: KBFS2020@apf.org
- New concepts, methods, organizations that have emerged since 2005;
- Specific articles that you would recommend including in the next edition;
- Pointing to the work of emerging practitioners.
