- Nabil teaches Business Model Innovation in the SFI program and Strategic Foresight as an Adjunct Professor in the Strategic Design MBA program at Philadelphia University. Prior to that he served as Chief Information Officer of HelpCaster Technologies, Nightingale Informatix and MedcomSoft.
Nabil has more than 40 years of professional experience as an engineer, technology executive, intrapreneurs and serial entrepreneur. He brings expertise in information networks, start-up management, business model innovation, organizational transformation, and applications of foresight to strategy development. He has advised national governments and international organizations such as UNESCO, W.H.O, the World Bank and the International Development Research Centre and has worked on 4 continents. He is regularly invited to collaborate at various institutions including Harvard’s School of Engineering & Applied Science (SEAS) in Cambridge, ENPC in Paris (France), and Politecnico de Milano in Milan (Italy).
Nabil has been operating successfully his own consulting boutique, Manara International for the last 15 years. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Ph.D. suma cum laude in digital data communications from Germany. He is also a graduate of the Executive Development Program of Schulich School of Business (York University). Nabil speaks 4 languages fluently. He serves on the Board of Tides Canada, is member of TRIEC, and a mentor in a number of programs including CivicAction’s City Builders and Women in Technology.
